a) Can someone who has committed murder ever by fully trusted again? Explain why or why not.
I couldn’t fully trust someone who committed a murder again.I couldn’t trust them because I wouldn’t fell safe around them,and the thought that they murdered someone.And when I’d be around them I would be afraid that they turn and maybe even murder me.

(b) Why might Circle Justice have worked better for the Native Americans prior to the arrival of Europeans in North America?
I think that the circle justice work better for the Native Americans sometimes. Today I think people commit bigger crimes like murder,but I think that the native americans didn’t do as big as the crimes today.I know that native americans did have some disagreements and people did hurt other people.
